A trouser zip that keeps slipping down can make an otherwise good pair uncomfortable to wear. This small holder connects the zip pull to the trouser button, helping the zip stay up. Once the trousers are buttoned, the holder sits discreetly behind the fastening.
A small fix that can help keep an otherwise good pair of trousers in use.
How to use the trouser zip holder
- Thread one end of the holder through the hole in the zip pull.
- Pass one loop through the other and pull it gently into place.
- Pull up the zip and place the free loop over the trouser button.
- Button the trousers as usual.

Haven’t tried it yet.
The small loop to reattach the button is tricky for a man with big hands.
