Want to decide for yourself when your laptop camera is covered? The webcam cover lets you cover the lens when the camera is not in use and slide it aside before your next video call.
The cover is self-adhesive and stays in place around the camera lens. There is no need to remove and reattach it each time you want to use the camera. Simply slide the cover aside with your finger.
Each webcam cover measures 18 × 9 mm and is 0.8 mm thick. The pack contains 5 covers.
Guide: Attaching the webcam cover
- Clean and dry the area around the camera lens.
- Slide the cover aside so that the opening is visible.
- Remove the protective backing without touching the adhesive.
- Carefully centre the opening over the camera lens and gently press the cover into place.
- Check the camera image and make sure no part of the lens is obscured.
