Do you have a pair of shoes that fit well overall but feel slightly too long? These toe inserts are placed at the front of the shoe to fill the empty space in front of your toes.
This can provide better support and reduce the foot sliding forwards. The inserts are particularly suitable for closed shoes such as trainers, smart shoes, heels and ballet flats.
The toe inserts are made from soft, shock-absorbing foam that is also firm enough to fill the toe area of the shoe.
Each insert consists of several layers. The central layer can be removed to make the insert thinner and create more room for your toes. The inserts can also be trimmed to fit the shoe more precisely.
The pack contains 2 pairs of toe inserts, giving you a total of 4 pieces.
- Place the insert as far forward as possible in the toe area of the shoe.
- Put the shoe on and walk a short distance to test the fit.
- If it feels too tight, remove the central layer.
- If necessary, carefully trim the insert to the required size.
Trim only a small amount at a time and test the insert after each adjustment. An insert that fills the toe area properly is more likely to stay in place.
The toe inserts are not self-adhesive. They are held in place between the foot and the toe area of the shoe. They therefore work best in closed shoes that are only slightly too long.
In very roomy shoes or shoes with a high toe box, the inserts may move or roll up. If the shoe is too large in both length and width, a full insole or another type of shoe insert may be a better option.
The inserts may feel slightly unfamiliar when first used. Start by wearing them for a short period and check that they do not create uncomfortable pressure on your toes.

Actually doesn’t work on my walking shoes. Otherwise, it’s good.
Haven’t had a chance to use this yet.
