Description
A small hole does not mean your leggings or sports tights have reached the end of their life. These black stretch patches iron over small holes and tears, helping you repair the garment and keep wearing it.
The patches are made from 90% polyester and 10% elastane. The stretchy material allows the repair to move with the garment, making the patches particularly suitable for leggings, sports tights, cycling shorts, compression garments and other stretchy synthetic clothing.
The back has a heat-activated surface that bonds to the fabric when pressed with an iron. No sewing is needed, and you can choose between larger pieces that you cut to size yourself or pre-cut patches in different shapes.
Choose large pieces or pre-cut patches

Ideal when you want to cut your own shape and size to suit the hole or tear.
- Pre-cut patches
Ideal when you want ready-made shapes without having to cut the patches yourself. The pre-cut patches are available in three different shape packs.
Both options are black and designed for small holes and tears in stretch garments.
- If needed, cut out a patch that is larger than the hole.
- Place the patch over the damaged area with the shiny side facing down against the garment.
- Place baking parchment over the patch to protect it from the iron.
- Set the iron to two dots and switch off the steam.
- Press firmly for approximately 20 seconds. Do not move the iron backwards and forwards. If the patch is larger than the soleplate of the iron, work section by section and ensure that every part of the patch is pressed for approximately 20 seconds.
- Allow the garment and patch to cool before checking that the repair is firmly attached.
Stretchy synthetic fabrics can be sensitive to heat. Always use baking parchment between the patch and the iron, and test the heat on an inconspicuous part of the garment first.
How well the patch bonds can vary depending on the garment’s material, the position of the damage and how much movement and friction the area experiences. Make sure the entire patch is firmly attached before wearing the garment.
Do not tumble dry the garment after repairing it.
