Replacement wheels for suitcases – 2 wheels with fitting parts

Each pack contains:

• 2 replacement wheels
• Axles in different lengths
• Washers
• Screws
• Allen key for fitting

The Allen key is used to secure the new wheels. Tools that may be required to remove the suitcase’s old wheels or axle are not included.

The wheels are available in different sizes, selected from the menu.

Measure the existing wheel carefully before ordering and compare the dimensions with your chosen option. In particular, check:

• Wheel diameter
• Wheel width
• The available space inside the wheel housing
• How the existing wheel and axle are fitted

All replacement wheels are 18 mm wide.

1. Check how the existing wheel and axle are fitted.
2. Remove the old wheel and axle.
3. Select an included axle of a suitable length.
4. Position the new wheel inside the wheel housing.
5. Fit the axle, washers and screw.
6. Use the included Allen key to secure the wheel.
7. Check that the wheel is stable and can rotate freely.

Tighten the screw securely, but not so tightly that the wheel is prevented from turning.

The Allen key needed to install the new replacement wheels is included.

However, the method used to remove the old wheel varies between suitcases. On some models, the wheel can be unscrewed or removed easily. On other suitcases, the old axle may need to be sawn or cut off.

Check the suitcase construction before starting the replacement.

These are universal replacement wheels and are not automatically compatible with every suitcase.

Always measure the existing wheels and check that there is enough space for the selected size. Also compare how the axle and wheel are fitted.

Installing the new wheels is normally straightforward once the old wheel and axle have been removed. The main difference between suitcase models is often how the existing axle must be removed.
