This patch is ideal for repairing small holes and tears in wetsuits, cycling shorts, and other synthetic materials. The strip is made with two layers of thin tricot and a strong heat-activated adhesive. Slightly elastic, it adheres exceptionally well to neoprene, making it perfect for reinforcing seams or repairing minor damage easily and effectively.
In our tests, the patch held firmly on wetsuits, maintaining its grip even under repeated stretching and moderate wear.
Note: If your wetsuit has a coloured surface layer, the patch will only adhere to the colour layer and may detach over time.
Instructions:
- Cut a suitable piece.
- Round the corners.
- Place the glossy side against your wetsuit.
- Heat your iron to 1-2 dots (start with 1 if using the patches for the first time).
- Use the tip of the iron to press the patch firmly, working centimetre by centimetre.
- Repeat until you see a thin glossy outline around the patch (this indicates the adhesive has melted slightly).
- The patch is ready to use immediately, but for best results, allow it to set overnight. ✅
Tip: If the tear goes through the entire fabric, repeat the process on the inside for extra reinforcement.

Superb!!! Just be careful with the fabric when ironing it on. I use them on all my training leggings, on the seam at the back by the bottom.
