When dog or cat hair becomes embedded in a carpet or pet bed, a vacuum cleaner may not pick up every strand. Move the pet hair remover over the surface using short, light strokes. This gathers hair, lint and dust together so that they are easier to pick up.
The pet hair remover works best on low-pile carpets and durable fabrics, such as pet beds, cat trees and fabric-lined car boots. It may also work well on some upholstery fabrics, but the result depends on the material’s weave and pile. Always test it on a small, inconspicuous area first.
The handle is made from wood and the hair-removing section from metal alloy. The size is 17 × 14 cm. In the product video, we show how dog hair can be removed from the fabric lining of a car boot.
- Test it on a small, inconspicuous area of the fabric.
- Use short, light strokes in one direction.
- Try the opposite direction if the hair does not come away.
- Continue if the tool glides smoothly and collects the hair.
- Stop if it catches, feels scratchy or pulls at the fabric fibres.
The pet hair remover is not suitable for every fabric. Do not use it on clothing or on delicate or loosely woven fabrics. As the hair-removing section is made from metal, always test the product on an inconspicuous area before use.

Incredibly effective on short-pile carpets and velvet furniture! Removed loads of dust and lint that the vacuum cleaner couldn’t reach. However, not recommended for use on fabric sofas or clothing, as it’s too harsh and can damage them.
