When an unwanted odour is treated with a perfumed spray, the scents often mix rather than the problem disappearing. Yocoair is a fragrance-free odour remover that neutralises unpleasant smells without replacing them with another scent.
The spray can be used both in the air and directly where the odour occurs. It is practical for sweaty shoes, gym bags, the car, caravan, rubbish bin, toilet and different textiles. It can also be used against residual odours from smoke, cooking, drains, urine and spills.
For the best results, apply the product as close to the source of the odour as possible. If the smell is caused by dirt, moisture or a spill, the cause should first be cleaned or removed. Yocoair then helps neutralise the odour that remains. Strong or deeply embedded odours may require more than one treatment.

In the air
- Shake the bottle thoroughly.
- Hold it upright and spray lightly in the area where the odour is present.
- Repeat if required.
On shoes and textiles
- Remove or clean the cause of the odour as thoroughly as possible.
- Shake the bottle and spray lightly onto the affected area.
- Allow the material to dry before use.
- Repeat the treatment if the odour remains.
Test first on a less visible area of delicate or coloured materials.
On water-resistant surfaces
- Spray the product onto a clean sponge and work it into the affected area.
- Leave it to work for 24 hours.
- Wipe away any residue with a damp cloth.
- Repeat if required.
What we perceive as odour is caused by small, volatile substances released from items such as a shoe, textile or rubbish bag before reaching the nose. A conventional scented spray attempts to mask these substances by adding a stronger fragrance.
Yocoair works differently. The water-based, mildly alkaline liquid comes into contact with the odour-causing substances and may neutralise or bind some of them, so less odour reaches the nose. Because the product is fragrance-free, the unpleasant smell is not replaced by another scent.
If the source of the odour remains, new odour-causing substances may form. The odour remover therefore works best alongside cleaning and thorough drying.
