Necklace extenders – Make your necklace 5–15 cm longer

Do you have a necklace you love that feels a little too tight? These extension chains allow you to make it approximately 5–15 cm longer and adjust how you would like it to sit.

You receive a total of 10 chains in five different lengths – one silver-coloured and one gold-coloured chain of each length. This allows you to try different options and choose a chain that suits both the colour of the necklace and the amount of extra length you need.

Each extension chain has an opening lobster clasp at both ends. Simply attach the chain between the two ends of the necklace without the need for pliers or other tools.

The extension chains can make necklaces that have become too short wearable again, including old favourites or jewellery you have owned since you were younger. They also make it easier to vary how low a necklace sits depending on your clothing and neckline.

A longer extension may, in some cases, allow you to slip the necklace over your head instead of opening and closing a small jewellery clasp. This can be useful for anyone who finds small clasps difficult to handle. Whether this is possible depends on the necklace’s original length and the extension chain you choose.
