Description
Has the keeper on your watch strap broken or gone missing? A new leather keeper holds the loose end of the strap neatly in place again.
Each pack contains three leather keepers in closely spaced sizes. This allows you to try different sizes, as straps with the same width can vary in both shape and thickness. Choose a pack for narrower or wider watch straps, followed by black or brown keepers.
Leather keepers do not stretch, so the buckle needs to be removed before fitting a new one. The included spring bar tool helps you release the buckle and fit it again afterwards.
16–20 mm

Measure the watch strap where the keeper will sit and choose the pack that includes your measurement. Then try the keeper that holds the loose end securely without feeling unnecessarily tight.
If your strap is 20 mm wide but thick or sturdy, the 22–26 mm pack may be a better choice. This allows you to try the 22 mm keeper if the smaller size feels too tight.
- Remove the broken keeper.
- Choose the keeper that best suits the width and thickness of the strap.
- Use the spring bar tool to carefully release the spring bar holding the buckle.
- Remove the buckle and slide the leather keeper onto the strap.
- Refit the buckle and spring bar.
- Check that the spring bar is securely in place.
If the keeper feels too tight or too loose, try one of the other sizes in the pack.
