Does your shoe rub against the back of your heel? These self-adhesive blister cushions add a softer layer between your foot and the shoe and can help reduce friction and discomfort.
The pack contains 6 cushions, arranged as 3 pairs in different shapes. This allows you to choose the shape that best suits the shoe or use the cushions in several different pairs of shoes.
The cushions attach to the inside of the back of the shoe, where the heel meets the heel counter. They can be used in trainers, smart shoes, boots and other footwear with a surface that allows the adhesive backing to bond properly.

The different shapes make it easier to find a cushion that suits the area where the shoe rubs. The three pairs can also be used in different shoes.
Choose a shape that covers the rubbing area and lies flat against the inside of the shoe without folding or extending beyond the surface.
- Clean the area where the cushion will be placed and allow the surface to dry completely.
- Position the cushion in the shoe without removing the backing film and check that the shape and position are suitable.
- Lightly mark where the cushion should begin with a pencil.
- Peel back a small section of the backing film without touching the adhesive.
- Position the exposed section at the mark and press it into place.
- Gradually remove the rest of the backing film while attaching the cushion.
- Press firmly across the entire surface, especially around the edges.
- Leave the cushion in place overnight before wearing the shoe.
The blister cushions adhere best to clean, dry and relatively smooth surfaces. Rough, porous, uneven or fabric-covered linings may provide weaker adhesion.
Position the cushion so that the entire edge lies flat against the shoe. If the sock or foot repeatedly catches a loose edge, the cushion may come away sooner.
The cushions make the area softer and can help reduce friction, but how well they work depends on factors such as the fit, material and location of the rubbing.
