Don’t throw away shoelaces just because the plastic tips have fallen off – give them new life instead!
With these small heat-shrink tubes, you can easily repair or shorten worn-out or overly long laces. Cut off the damaged part (or trim the lace to the right length), slide on a small plastic tube and apply gentle heat – using hot water, a heat gun or a jet-flame lighter held at a distance. After 15–20 seconds, the plastic shrinks evenly around the lace, creating a neat and durable new tip.
Each pack contains around 20 pieces – enough for several pairs of shoes, saving you money and reducing waste.
Quick instructions:
- Cut off the damaged end of the shoelace.
- Slide on a plastic tube.
- Shrink with heat – hot water, a heat gun, or a jet-flame lighter.
Tip: It’s better to heat for a little longer than too quickly – it gives a smoother, cleaner finish.
Contents: Approx. 20 cylindrical heat-shrink pieces designed for standard shoelaces. Two diameters: 6 mm and 5 mm.
