Gel cushions – for more comfortable shoes

• Quantity: 12 gel cushions
• Smaller cushions for targeted relief
• One pair for the arch
• One pair for the ball of the foot
• One pair for the back of the shoe around the heel

The heel cushions can be positioned at the back of both women’s and men’s shoes where the heel counter rubs or presses against the heel.

Choose a shape that fits the intended area without folding or extending beyond the surface.

1. Clean the area where the cushion will be placed.
2. Allow the surface to dry completely. It must be clean, dry and free from grease.
3. Remove the cushion from the backing film without touching the adhesive more than necessary.
4. Position the cushion in the desired area of the shoe.
5. Press the entire cushion firmly into place and smooth out any air bubbles.

The shoes can be worn immediately, but leaving the cushion in place for 24 hours before use gives the adhesive a better opportunity to bond.

The gel cushions adhere best to clean, dry and smooth surfaces. Rough, porous, uneven or fabric-covered surfaces may provide weaker adhesion.

Position the cushion so that its edges lie flat against the shoe. If the foot or sock repeatedly rubs against the edge, the cushion may come loose sooner.

The cushions may sometimes be reused. Rinse them gently in lukewarm water and allow them to air-dry with the adhesive side facing upwards. Some adhesion may return after drying, but results can vary.
