The pack contains two different types of transparent blister plaster for different situations.
The five thin plasters form an additional protective layer between the skin and the shoe. They are suitable for reducing friction and helping to prevent blisters before the skin becomes irritated.
You also receive five transparent plasters with a soft protective pad. These are suitable when the skin is already sore or when a blister has started to develop.
The pack contains:
- 5 very thin, fully transparent plasters
- 5 transparent plasters with a protective pad
The thin plasters help reduce friction between the skin and the shoe. The padded plasters provide additional protection over a sore or vulnerable area.
Choose the thin plaster when you want to:
- Help prevent blisters
- Reduce friction between the shoe and the skin
- Keep the protection as discreet as possible
Choose the padded plaster when:
- The skin is already sore or irritated
- You need additional protection over the area
- A blister has started to develop
- Clean and dry the skin thoroughly.
- Choose the type of plaster that suits the situation.
- Remove the protective backing without touching the adhesive more than necessary.
- Place the plaster over the area where the shoe rubs.
- Press the plaster firmly into place, particularly around the edges.
For the best adhesion, the skin must be completely dry and free from cream, oil and dirt.
The plasters adhere best to clean, dry skin. Apply them before longer walks or activities if you know where your shoes normally rub.
Replace the plaster if it becomes dirty, damp or starts to come loose.
Do not use on heavily bleeding, infected or deep wounds.
