An unexpected rain shower can quickly soak both your backpack and its contents. The rain cover is simply pulled over the backpack to help protect it against rain, snow and dust.
The elasticated edge wraps around the backpack and makes the cover quick to put on and remove. Its thin, lightweight material takes up very little space when not in use, making it easy to keep in your backpack.
The rain cover is useful when cycling, hiking, travelling or on the daily journey to school or work. It is available in six sizes and several colours, including a black version with a reflective detail.
Customers have also found other uses for the cover and use it over bicycle baskets, smaller bags or the seat and basket of a rollator walker. The fit will then depend on the size and shape of the item being covered.
The rain cover is available in 20, 35, 45, 60, 70 and 80 litres.
Use your backpack’s capacity as a guide, but bear in mind that the litre measurement does not guarantee an exact fit. Two backpacks with the same capacity can have very different shapes. A deep, wide or fully packed backpack may therefore need a larger cover than a slimmer backpack with the same capacity.
If your backpack’s capacity is close to the selected size and the backpack is wide or deep, consider choosing the next size up.
The rain cover is held in place by its elasticated edge and does not have a separate buckle, fastening strap or drawstring. Make sure the elastic fits securely around the backpack, especially when cycling or in strong winds.
