1. About Laglappen AB

– The company is based in Västerås, Sweden. Our postal address is Malmabergsgatan 23-25, 721 30 Västerås.

2. Orders

– Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all details about the products, pricing, billing, and delivery address.

– If there is any mistake in your order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at kundtjanst@laglappen.se.

– We use Qliro Checkout as Payment provider were you can pay with Creditcards, ApplePay and PayPal.

3. Card Payment
You can pay your order securely with debit or credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express – with no extra card fees.

All payments are handled by our partner Qliro in a secure system that follows international PCI-DSS standards. For extra protection we use 3D Secure, developed by VISA and Mastercard for safe online shopping.

Your card is authorised when you place the order, and the amount is only charged once your goods are dispatched.

4. Delivery

– Our standard delivery time is 3-7 days. Please note that orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday at the earliest.

– If you have chosen home delivery, your parcel may be left at your door or near your letterbox.

5. Prices

– All prices in the store are displayed in GBP (£) and include 20% VAT.

– We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, misprints in price lists, or incorrect pricing caused by inaccurate information.

6. Right to Cancel (Returns Policy)

– When purchasing from our website, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.

6.1 Exercising Your Right to Cancel:

– You must notify us of your decision to cancel. Send an email to customerservice@laglappen.co.uk, clearly stating your name, address, email address, order number, and the items being returned.

– You must return the items immediately and no later than 14 days after notifying us.

– You are responsible for the return shipping costs and the condition of the returned items. Ensure they are properly packaged and in their original packaging.

– We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any decrease in value due to use or damage.

6.2 Exceptions to the Right to Cancel:

– Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons, if the seal has been broken.

– Sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken.

– Custom-made or personalised items tailored specifically for you.

– Services that have been fully performed, provided you gave explicit consent to waive your cancellation rights.

– Perishable goods such as food items.

– Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

7. Complaints and Claims

– All products are inspected before dispatch. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will rectify the issue at no cost to you, in accordance with consumer protection legislation.

– You must contact us for approval before returning a defective product.

– We reserve the right to retain the original shipping cost if an item is returned for a reason unrelated to damage or defects.

– Complaints should be made as soon as the defect is discovered.

7.1 How to Make a Complaint:

– Report any issues to kundtjanst@laglappen.se, stating your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.

– If we cannot fix the issue or provide a replacement, we will issue a refund in accordance with consumer protection laws. We will cover return shipping costs for approved complaints.

– If the product is found not to be faulty, we reserve the right to reject the claim.

8. Returns Policy

You have 14 days to return your purchase if you change your mind. Please pack the item carefully, as you are responsible if it gets damaged during shipping. The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Always include the delivery note. Contact us before sending any return. Refunds are made to the same card/account used for payment.

According to Swedish law, you can make a complaint about a product for up to 3 years. Any complaint must first be approved by Laglappen before you return the product.

9. Uncollected Parcels

– If you fail to collect your parcel, we reserve the right to charge a fee of £15 to cover our costs. For home deliveries, an £30 fee applies due to higher delivery costs.

10. Limitation of Liability

– We are not liable for indirect damages caused by the product.

– We accept no responsibility for delays or errors resulting from circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as labour disputes, fires, war, pandemics, government decisions, supplier delays, or shortages.

– We also do not accept responsibility for product changes made by suppliers beyond our control.

11. Product Information

– We reserve the right for typographical errors and stock shortages.
– We do not guarantee that images accurately reflect a product’s exact appearance due to variations in screen resolution, photography, and lighting.

12. Cookie Policy

– According to electronic communications law, visitors must be informed that cookies are used. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device to enable certain website functions.
