Self Adhesive Cushion Pads – Fix Loose Shoes

Worn-out socks, painful blisters, and damaged heel linings usually occur when shoes are slightly too large. With these soft heel cushions, you can prevent wear and tear while ensuring your shoes stay firmly in place.

The inserts act like soft cushions that reduce your shoe size by 1/2 to 1 full size, providing a perfect fit. Simply peel off the backing and stick the cushion inside the heel. The adhesive is strong and works with various types of footwear, including boots, trainers, and wellies. If you trim them slightly, they also work brilliantly in formal or dress shoes.

How to use:

1. Clean and dry the area inside the shoe.
2. Place the cushion pad inside to check the fit.
3. Trim the height if needed.
4. Peel off the backing and stick it in place.
5. Press firmly, especially along the edges.
6. Shoes can be worn immediately, but for best results, let them set overnight.
